Keith Burnell

Keith Burnell graduated from Western Branch High School in 1998.  While there he was 1st team All Tidewater & All State Running back.  In 2002, Keith Burnell became the fastest player in Virginia Tech history! He clocked a BLAZING 4.21 in the 40 yard dash. That same year he earned Virginia Tech's highest strength award accomplishment "SUPER IRON HOKIE".  This means Burnell bench pressed 350lbs, squat 570lbs, Push Jerk 305lbs & Power Clean 310lbs. He also had a 38 inch vertical jump & clocked a 3.9 on the NFL 20 yard shuttle.

In 2003, Keith graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Residential Property Management.  He also signed with Global Management Sports Agency so he could pursue his NFL career.  His agent wanted him to train in Orlando with a well known speed trainer, but Keith refused on doing so & decided to stay at Virginia Tech and train himself.

After playing with several NFL teams such as the Baltimore Ravens, Green Bay Packers, Oakland Raiders and New York Jets, Keith now enjoys training, as well as mentoring kids and young adults.  His goal is to assist anyone who needs help with developing their athletic skills and character. One of Keith's favorite slogans is "Help Me, Help You." He believes that if kids do the right thing at home and in school, he can help them to accomplish their dreams and goals of playing in college and in the pros.

There are several current college players that Keith has helped sign with major universities.  He is always having meetings and phone conversations with college coaches about rising talent in Virginia.  He loves helping the under dog out and especially the players who LOVE the GAME and not the FAME.  Parents and coaches, when your child trains with Keith Burnell, you are GUARANTEED to get results on and off the field.
